To even out natural lip color
1.if one lip varies in colour from the other lip, cover both lips with face foundation using sponge.
2.Lightly powder to set lips.
3.Line lips with lip pencil .
4.Apply lip colour with lip brush.
5.follow natural lip line , lightly apply highlighter pencil. This should be applied very lightly .Blend.
6.Evening look . Apply a powdered lip color for a shimmery effect .use darker lip pencil and strengthen center just under lower lip.this creates a pretty pout.
